Cooked quinoa1 cup
Broccolini1 cup, chopped
Avocado1/2 medium
Lime1/2
Chili flakes1/2 tsp

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat salmon dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place on a baking sheet.

Toss broccolini with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to the baking sheet with the salmon.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and broccolini is tender-crisp.
