Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss broccolini with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender-crisp.

Pat salmon dry. Season with chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily.

While salmon and broccolini cook, mash avocado with lime juice and a pinch of salt to create a crema.
