Method

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper.

    While quinoa cooks, use a vegetable peeler to shave asparagus spears into thin ribbons. Toss with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
