Execution

Step-by-step cues

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Hold a barbell with both hands, keeping your arms slightly bent.
  3. Lean back slightly, engaging your core, and lift your feet off the ground.
  4. Rotate your torso to the right, bringing the barbell beside your hip.
  5. Return to the center and then rotate to the left.
  6. Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner.
