Execution

Step-by-step cues

  1. Adjust the arm blaster so it fits comfortably around your neck and rests against your upper body.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip.
  3. Position your elbows against the arm blaster, ensuring they remain stationary throughout the movement.
  4. Curl the dumbbells upward by contracting your biceps, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  5. Continue lifting until your biceps are fully contracted and the dumbbells are at shoulder level.
  6. Pause briefly at the top of the movement to maximize contraction.
  7. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, maintaining control.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
