Execution

Step-by-step cues

  1. Stand or sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Extend one arm across your body at shoulder height.
  3. Use your opposite hand to gently pull the extended arm towards your chest.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in the back of your shoulder.
  5. Release and repeat on the other side.
