Step-by-step cues

  1. Hold the hand gripper in one hand with your palm facing inward.
  2. Position the handles so they rest comfortably in the palm of your hand.
  3. Squeeze the handles together using your fingers and thumb until they touch or come as close as possible.
  4. Hold the squeeze for a moment, then slowly release the tension.
  5. Perform the desired number of repetitions and switch to the other hand.
