Execution

Step-by-step cues

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Lean back slightly to engage your core, keeping your back straight.
  3. Lift your feet off the ground, balancing on your sit bones.
  4. Hold a medicine ball with both hands close to your chest.
  5. Twist your torso to the right, bringing the medicine ball beside your hip.
  6. Return to the center, then twist to the left side.
  7. Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner.
