  1. Begin by kneeling on the floor with your knees spread wide apart and your feet together behind you.
  2. Place your hands on the floor in front of you, keeping your arms straight.
  3. Lower your hips back towards your heels while keeping your back straight and chest open.
  4. Rock forward gently, bringing your chest closer to the floor while maintaining a straight back.
  5. Continue to rock back and forth slowly, feeling the stretch in your hips and groin.
  6. Perform for the desired number of repetitions or time duration.
