Execution

Step-by-step cues

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your knees slightly bent.
  2. Raise your right arm overhead, reaching towards the ceiling.
  3. Lean your torso gently to the left side, feeling the stretch along the right side of your body.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply throughout.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
